I enjoy working with other writers, and I take on a limited number of editorial clients every year for developmental editing and consulting.

I edit manuscripts for publishers (copy editing and developmental editing), and I also work with individual clients. I've done manuscript critiques for fiction and nonfiction, ghostwritten memoir, copyedited books, and helped writers clarify what it is they want to say (then help them make a plan for a book). I also have helped many nonfiction authors write book proposals.

I require advanced notice for this kind of work and I often schedule clients several months in advance.
